In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and coordinating with various teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive pay rate of $23-$28 per hour.
Experience:
Accurately process and manage customer orders in the system.
Verify order details, pricing, and availability before finalizing transactions.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
Assist customers with order-related inquiries, including status updates, modifications, and cancellations.
Monitor inventory levels and flag any shortages or discrepancies.
Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and shipping details.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve order processing efficiency.
